I have used First Choice Letting as my letting agent of choice for my last two moves.

In the first instance, Jan and her colleagues, were swift in securing me descent accommodation when I was in urgent need. In doing so, they were patient and informative and that helped us immensely in choosing a fitting accommodation at the time.

In the second instance, when I needed an upgrade to a larger accommodation, they were again patient, professional and had a genuine desire to provide us with a property that meet our needs and budget. This made my move really a hassle free.

I have noticed that Jan and her team builds a strong business relationship with their clients, and that makes it easy to discuss and raise any issue of concern relating to maintenance or finance. (I have even used their parking space, on few occasions, when I was in town for a short time and getting a parking space at the paid areas wasn't available)

I communicate with them by the phone, email or visiting their office in Chelmsford and I have always had someone to respond to me either immediately or soon there after.
